• 28 February 2023I visited NYGH ER January 25 2023 at 2340 with pain to my right site back below scapula. Have been seen by Dr. A. Heller. It was my worst experience in our good NYGH in EM. Dr. Heller without good assessment stated it was muscle pain. Refused to give me medication for pain, stated “It’s very addictive and not good for me”, Tylenol is good (I had Tylenol at home). When I have begged for help Dr. Heller ordered stronger analgesic 1 mg and stated that I was demanding it. I am 72 years old RN and have worked in NYGH. Dr. Heller did not make my experience in ER pleasant. It was not muscle pain and I am now going for many diagnostic tests. Good luck to every pt seen by this celebrity doctor.
