    Dr. Serbanescu is my family doctor for the past 6 months. He helped me a lot with my complications. He followed up the referrals up to the point that I manage to visit the specialists. He helped me quit smoking after 40 years. He is a very nice gentleman and I recommend him as a family doctor.

    After many months having to rely on ‘walk-In’ service, I was able to register with Dr. Serbanescu. What a lucky day!

    My wife and I have been on his list as our Family Doctor, or Primary Care physician for over a year and we have never been better treated.
    He identifies specialist consultants as needed and reviews their reports with me in a careful, measured way. He is ready to deal with more general matters without rushing and with evident skill. His ‘manner’ is confident and knowledgable – he never ‘talks down’ to his patients.

    He is a highly skilled professional with well-practiced inter-personal skills.

    I saw him twice and both times he talked down to me and I left the appointment in tears. Worst doctor I have ever met.

    I feel lucky to have been assigned to Dr. Serbanescu. First of all, he is a very nice man. He is caring and efficient, takes careful notes during my visits and follows up on all my out appointments, like blood work. I have never experienced anyone who prints off the reports and then explains them so clearly. I just hope he stays at Appletree.

    Dr Serbanescu is very caring, professional and knowledgeable. He lisetns to my concerns and follows up when needed. I never feel rushed and always treated with respect. I highly recommend him.
