One review of “Dr Amanda Carleton”

Dr. Amanda Carleton was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a family doctor! Period! I was a happy patient of Doctor Michael Roberts for 20 years and she, unfortunately, took over his practice when he retired circa 2017. Dr. Roberts told us we would be in fine hands because she was his top pick among 20 candidates to take over his practice. However, she treated me like garbage right from the get-go. I’d never met her before until I showed up to her office after a serious biking accident. Upon follow up with another doctor and surgeon, it turned out I had a torn supraspinantus shoulder tendon as well as bruised ribs. As a result, I am waiting for a shoulder replacement with an orthopaedic surgeon at the hospital. She was very derogatory during the additional times I saw her. She made it quite obvious she wanted nothing to do with me. Why, I have no idea! I should have gotten in touch with Dr. Roberts or filed a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons. She certainly treated me miserably. She clearly wanted to get rid of me and she succeeded. If I could give her zero stars, I would.
