• 22 October 2023This is the worst appointment that I have experienced in many years.. The reception staff ignored me for the most part, I had to get their attention so I could indicate that I was there for an appointment. . I waited 2 + hours in the reception before being showed to the exam room. I asked at the desk 3 times if they were aware that I was in the building. Once Dr. Ting arrived he walked in did not introduce himself and spent probably less than 15 minutes with me. Nothing was resolved and he said to come back in a couple of months. There is no way that I will return to that office!
