• 29 November 2021Dr. Anthony Russell, is rough around the edges – you could get a sense he was not keen on seeing me with this tone and his bluntness on the phone. However I had an appt. scheduled to see him at the U of A Kay Centre. Where just recently the Kay Centre has switched over to the new pay before your appointment parking system (get more money out of patients system) being a new system they haven’t worked out all the quirks yet, there were so many people scrambling even going from floor to floor to get their parking paid prior which you can imagine making people late for their appointments this including myself. I called the clinic to explain that I going to be a few mins late, Dr . Russel answered the phone and very rudely and ignorant said that so he cant be bothered or waste his time to see me. You want to talk about a waste of time, he wasted my time and because of that I missed hrs at work which cost me money. Dr. Russell can afford to be a little behind after all clearly that is why he became a doctor for the money not the care of a patient. my time as well as every other patient our time is just as valuable as doctors. So if you are ever get booked in to see Dr. Anthony Russell, fair warning – he is very rude and has no interest in the care of his patients
