• 17 April 2024Dr Ghazalah is very unprofessional this so called doctor sat on my assessments written by professionals for 8 weeks, he does not read reports and does not investigate symptoms properly or pursue specialists to discuss reports or MRIs, he has difficulty navigating his system on computer and will often say the reports were not sent, he will also write prescriptions that do not interact well or put you on two different medications for the same thing, which he did with me. He will also miss notes ( different from the assessments I described above) from other doctors where on one occasion a note was missed that sat in my file for 7 months because of his lack of care and concern or attention. He also does not follow or pursue recommendations from radiologists.. He will also tell you not to do a CT scan because of the radiation. The staff are just as bad they will not return messages left in voicemail or email and have hung up on several occasions. They don’t even greet you when you call they just put you on hold immediately. I was on hold for 18 minutes once then they dropped the call. A terrible terrible experience with a doctor and his staff for almost two years. I hope they shut his practice down one day.
