• 22 February 2022Dr Baxter is and was a excellent doctor. My daughter Melissa was born in April 1989 at the Royal Alex in Edmonton. Dr Baxter examined her and discovered she had clicking hips. For months she had to wear a diaper brace 24hrs 7days a wk. If this wouldn’t have been diagnosed my daughter would of had to walk for the rest of her life with certain crutches. Dr Baxter was our doctor till Melissa was 15 years old. We will always be grateful for her and her dedication. Thank you Doctor Cecilia Baxter. You were a pleasure to visit.
