• 21 January 2022Outstanding! Dr Hiller takes the time needed to thoroughly answer questions and concerns. He has an excellent bedside manner, is calm and most reassuring. Dr Hiller is knowledgeable and has a wide diverse background of training. Kelowna is so fortunate to have him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I’m 8 weeks into my hip replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr Hiller.

Not only is he a very proficient surgeon, he is also a genuine caring man, who only has your best interests at heart. I had both my knees replaced within a 6 month period and could not be more pleased and totally satisfied with not only Dr. Hiller’s skill and efforts, and those of the entire Interior Health and KGH staff.

• 17 January 2024I had the unfortunate luck of running into this surgeon the first time I went into KGH for a distal clavicle fracture.
I have an extreme phobia of hospitals so instead of being understanding he told me “this would have to happen, get over it”
He told me the semi permanent fix for me would damage my rotater cuff during physio and would have to come out in 4-6 months.
Nah.
None of that had to happen.
The fix I had was permant, didn’t damage my rotator cuff, and the surgeon that did it was extremely sensitive to my phobia.
I cannot believe this is who I had to deal with, I waited 18 days completely broken so I didn’t have to suffer through your pathetic fix.
25 and disabled? Is that what your goal is?
Do you care about people or your schedule? Your money?
I wouldn’t recommend this guy if he was the last living person. The display of arrogance from Chad is gross.
He doesn’t care about his patients and will probably not fix you as well as somebody else could.
Thank GOD I didn’t have surgery from you.
