• 23 August 2023Dr. Chariss H. Chen showed no compassion when I was diagnosed with something very overwhelming. She did not acknowledge my success, when my hard work brought remission, but, told me that I’m fine, even though I was not fine. She forgot about my request to do the pap test. She did not make eye contact. I asked to refer me to a specialist for one issue, she kept neglecting it, and finally referred me for a different issue to an unwanted specialist. At her refferal she put words, that led the other specialist be bias. And all the time while I was at the specialist, I assumed that it is a part the help that I asked for. That hurt me and keeps haunting, bringing emotional pain. I notice that doctors, who are not nice in person, smile on their photos. She was not rude, she was neglectful and not very professional.
