Dr. Cadotte was the Neurosurgeon that completed a Cervical Spinal Fusion on my neck about 3 months ago, and in my opinion, did a fantastic job. All of the pain, numbness, and balance issues that I was having prior to surgery are gone now. I feel 100% better again thanks to him and his team of professionals. His bedside manner is impeccable and he takes the time necessary to explain issues, processes, and procedures and will answer any questions without making you feel rushed or worried. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. “Thank you Dr. Cadotte, you changed my life!”

Once I was finally in to see Dr he was great. Unfortunately, reception made up that I had canceled my appointment?? Why on God’s green earth would I do that after 2.5 years of waiting to even see the doctor. I know I never canceled . I was in tears as reception threatened to call security when I tried to get some proof of my supposed cancelation. Because of this I was stuck waiting over an extra hour and a half after making me walk to a completely different building to have an x ray done. Absolute nonsense and very unprofessional to say the least. Dr cadet on the other hand was apologetic and kind. I am really frustrated and feel that these women involved in the mistake they made should be confronted on this, as I’m sure it will save future patients from dealing with them and their incompetence to do their job correctly and kindly.
