He does PCI awards for WCB and lies. DO NOT ALLOW WCB TO SEND YOU TO HIM. We have proof he lies for them. 2 opinions in the same week and his doesn’t match any of the other doctors, surgeons, kinesiologists or OT who actually do assess and treat. Was more interested in knowing he could go home after the appointment than actually being a Doctor. 1 star is being generous.

I wish I had seen the above review before being examined for WCB by this Doctor. He is senile just for starters, and for over 2 hours, while fumbling around with various instruments that he pretended to be unsure of exactly how to use them, told me his entire work history, his wife’s medical condition and medication she was taking. To add insult at the end of his examination he stated “this has been fun”. Well for me it was anything but. And yes his diagnosis of my injury was in complete disagreement with my doctor, physio, acupuncturist. As stated above, if you can avoid him please do.

This gentleman did a fair report on my PCI and is very personable toward his patients. I found him to be a caring person as well as a professional.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Younge as my Independent Medical Examiner through WCB. His field (hand surgeon) wasn’t especially relevant to my injury (hip), which he stated himself. However, he was attentive, listened, examined me, discussed my work background and injury history, and took time to review and discuss my test results and opinions of other medical professionals through my appointment. He has recommended to WCB that I see a hip surgeon to explore further treatment options, which is aligned with other medical professionals I have seen. I am glad to have had him as my examiner.
