• 8 October 2024After being referred to this doctor by my family GP..I saw DR. Vasisth….The appointment lasted for no more than 5-10 minutes and it became abundantly clear that the doctor had no interest in hearing what I had to say regarding my ongoing issues.
Not only that, without exam he precribed a medication for an undignosed issue…. I filed a complaint with the CPSO and they found that the doctor didn’t keep accurate clinical notes from my appointment nor was there any mention of prescribing Mybetriq to me in his notes. Dr Vasisth has been completely untruthful with the CPSO in his defense claiming he was thorough in explaining everything to me about my current situation and the new medication…That was a complet lie as that never happened…In any event I am happy the CPSO now has a record of him on file and has cited him for brief inaccurate clinical note keeping…The CPSO said in their ruling that based on the notes he kept from my appointment it would be near impossible for my family doctor to support me in any way because there were gaps in his note keeping. Sorry, but this is not a doctor that anyone should be referred to.
