• 7 October 2020Dr. George Ou has a good personality but doctor wise I have no clue about his abilities. We had one talk to resolve a long time issue I had. He did two test that did not give evidence to resolv9ng my issue. He told me he would comtact me to follow up with another appt. They call and make one with me for months out. I call to confirm it when it comes up and suddenly I have no appt and my issue no longer exist according to the receptionist. My issue has NEVER gone away this guy just does not have a clue how to solve my issue so he just canceled my referral to him. Bizarrely thinking I wouldnt notice?? Some of these doctors are just absolutely ridiculous. Just to save face, the guy lied to me. He could have just said right after the test he didnt know how to fix the issue and I need to find someone else. Instead he lies to me and let’s me piss away months of time that could have been resolved by an actual doctor. This is just childish
The receptionist says it was the fault of a previous receptionist but that would imply written documents or electronic (calendar) were purged or changed.

• 17 August 2021Dr Ou is a good doctor. He covers all the bases. His assistant Vivian, however is not competent. She has lost referrals, sent them to the incorrect department, and not followed up with advising me (the patient) about upcoming appointments. If I was not on top of the situations, I would have not known about the appointments or the preparations for those appointments.
