• 13 August 2024I’ve had appointments with dozens of ENT specialists over my life – found Dr. Trinh to be passionless, pretentious and, honestly, somewhat petty during our few meetings. She doesn’t make any eye contact with the patients, cuts off patients when speaking and, as far as I saw, is more concerned with speeding through the appointment than in respecting or listening to her patients. She scowled a lot during our first meeting and was rough with her ear/nose swabs; she is intolerant to parent patients with children as well. Ultimately I did not get sufficient medical treatment advice nor did I get any sense of respect during any of our visits. Not recommended.
