• 2 July 2021Worst secretary ever. Was referred by hospital to have emergency gallbladder removal. Extremely rude, disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional secretary. Was accusatory, mockingly laughed during conversation. First impression was horrendous. If that’s how your office runs, no interest in seeing this doctor. Had removal done by another “real” caring surgeon. Don’t take your loved one here.
