• 2 May 2023Terrible staff. Terrible system. Receptionist never answers the phone. Can only email and waits a long time for response. Asks the patients to jump through so many hoops to set up accounts in multiple portals that often have lots of technical issues. Many appointments are run by a nurse who’s not prepared or knowledgeable enough to give full medical explanation and has terrible bedside manner. Doctor knows this and does nothing about it, instead either blames the patient or keeps giving sorry excuses. Stay away! Treatment to your health issues could be delayed with serious ramifications while waiting for them to sort through their mess of a system.
