• 23 August 2022A Psychiatrist who has not given me a good approach and resolve my problems. A man who does not listen to his patients but tends to figures his way. Yes, every doctor has experiences but to help and resolve problems, you need to show patience. I would have to say Richmond Mental Health Team should hire better doctors and have better responsibility to their patients. I am not an ordinary patient and I only have to say Dr Jay Bondar has never given me any chance to speak and he never listen. Every time he only spends less than 8 minutes with me and the meeting is over. I truly believe when you are any doctor to any health professionals, you have to show patience and use critical thinkings on your clients. I have completely lost my confidence in this doctor that the Government has prepared me. I have lost all my trust in this person as he is in a rush every time. He tends choose not to discover. There is nothing anything the government can do unless you find a doctor who listens. Problems can never be resolve if a doctor never give a chance to his patience to listen, as he has shown 0 sympathy to his patience. I was told i am an important part of a future and my future is bright. I was told by another agency that my illness is much more simple to none but i am seeing a doctor in Dr Jay Bondar who harassed me and on the verge to drag my whole life down.

• 23 August 2022I would have to say my wife and I really mistrust Dr Bondar for not trying to understand my situation. I am a popular person and important to the country but Dr Bondar refuse to ask and listen to me and only give me less than 8 minutes to talk. I am not liking his service to the public and I am afraid his numerous complaints from his other clients might cause him his advancement to his career. I talk Heart and Truth but a heartless doctor who refuse to listen makes situations worse. A complaint is a complaint. We all have feelings and deserve respects as Dr. Bondar has shown 0 respect to me and my wife and I am extremely concern with his logic and his division of giving me medications that are different without my consent. A formal complaint with the Ministry of Health will be follow up on the professionalism of Dr Bondar. He should look himself into the mirror and do some self reflection. These words are from my family and ME.
