• 6 April 2025Dr. Fong i part of a joint practice called Trafalgar Medical Clinic which run like an inteview for a summer job. They want you to book an appointment online and write down your private symtoms for all the staff to see, and the form tells you the penalties you will pay if you don’t respond on time, up to $75. ..basically health care by AI robotics. If you call you must listern to this long series of messages that you’ve probably heard many times before and that don’t apply to you, then wait and wait and wait because they won’t hire enough staff to handled the call volume. Then one of three staff you have never met and who could change from time to time will ask you deeply personal questions about your symtoms, as if it matters. You will either
get an appointment or not. Then you wait until they call out your name so everypone in this large room can hear who you are and wonder what’s wrong with you. There is little respect for your privacy or time in this automated health care operation.
