• 11 June 2022Based on a partial CT scan this “doctor” put his diagnosis on the report which said cancer… instead of saying to do a follow up due to a suspicious something, he puts cancer. Scares the crap out of me until the next full CT scan proves it wasn’t cancer at all. If you don’t have all the facts, next time get them before putting your “diagnosis” in writing. Lost a lot of sleep and worried until the real results came in. Not a professional in my opinion.

• 12 July 2022In June of this year, I have the unfortunate privilege of doing a vein adrenal sampling under Dr. Joshua Burrill. Due to the carelessness of the doctor, he prick my vein near the adrenal gland during the procedure. Nobody in the hospital knew this, as I was under anaesthesia, and I did not feel any pain. But as soon as I got home the pain started. Thinking this was normal after the procedure, I took 2 Tylenol. About 10 minutes later, I threw up. So I took another 2 Tylenol and I threw up again. By this time, the pain was excruciating. So I went back to the same hospital(Royal Columbian) emergency department. It was an the Emergency, that I experience the most pain in my life. I was literally crying out in pain. But My wife have to go begging to anyone who would listen to let me in. After more than 3 hours waiting, someone let me in. After more waiting, they took me to CT Scan. And this is where they found out there was a hematoma near the adrenal gland and this was causing the pain. I was prescript hydro morphone and this stopped the pain. Knowing that the drug is habit forming, I took it only for 3 days, bearing the pain for the next few days. After that I suffered constipation, I could not go. I took Senokot. And it was no use. My doctor then prescript enema. But it did not help either. So on the tenth day, I took Castor oil, and I was finally able to move all the bowel. During all this time of my pain and suffering, Dr. Burrill did not even have the decency to give me a call to show that he cared. Is that too much to ask?
