• 3 February 2021My wife and I have been faithful patients of Dr Hancock for many, many years. We’ve had decent success over the years and decided to book specific facial treatments and prepaid $2000 to have it done. After arriving at our appointment on the scheduled day we were told that the machine was down and the technician was ill. We were to be rebooked but it never happened. I eventually called , only to get their recording. I asked about our still needing our treatments and could they please return our call. After a substantial amount of time, I called again. They were gone. Out of business. I called their Victoria office but to no avail. They were closed as well. We’re out our $2000 and have never been contacted or reimbursed. RIPPED OFF !!
