• 1 November 2021Dr. Quick took over a practice out side of Ottawa in Moose Creek for Dr. Sarah Barkley and I am a patient that was under the great care of Dr. Barkley and am very disappointed in the new doctor. Even with before covid hitting she was never at the practice and it was hard to get appointments. I need a medical doctor to keep track of all the goings on of my specialists as I suffer from Type 1 diabetes , greaves disease, arthritis as well as hardening of my tendons and have had upwards of 23 procedures in the last 11 years and 2 cardiac arrests. I am only 48 years old and must continue to work as I have mortgage payments and vehicle payments to make and not having my family doctor be able to talk to me or see me is not possible. I am seeing specialists with more ease that my family doctor. I call and am told to go to emergency?? I thought they want us to stay out of emergency to make things less crowded for Covid over load?? I call for a follow up as the problem persists and do not get a call back after 3 days No one is answering at the medical clinic during the work hours? I am so frustrated and disappointed in the new ownership of this clinic and this doctor it is just brutal.
