I cannot believe the good reviews on here, did she ask for people to come and give her good reviews? She is a TERRIBLE person. She yells at her staff and patients, charges a ridiculous amount of money for forms, and takes weeks to even get time-sensitive forms completed to submit to work.

Do your research. This doctor writes her own reviews “from patients” on various websites, including this one. It’s very obvious as they all have the same grammar and style. Those are where all the positive ones come from. How fragile is your ego?

Dr Wood would be disgusted at how Dr. Kassem treats her patients. I have not heard a single good thing from anyone who is a patient of hers. She is so disrespectful and unreliable. Every appointment Ive has, she has spoken to me like literal trash- all she does is talk directly over you rather than listening so she can get the full scope to help you to the best of her ability. She may as well have said she thinks I’m an annoying idiot because that’s basically how our conversations have gone. She is verbally abusive to her patients… It’s horrible. She has WAY too many patients for her practice and boy does it show. She is impossible to get an appointment with, and if you get one, she will call you at 8pm or later and she will be so impatient that you wont even get to say half of the things you want/need to say. She is THE most unprofessional, disrespectful health care worker I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. When speaking about my mental health, she advised that I stay on all my medication because “from the sounds of it, you need it”… Who says that?? When I stick up for myself while speaking with her, she has ‘sushed’ me before and told me I ‘better listen’… I am on waitlists for 2 different doctors offices and I cannot wait to get away from this horrid woman. She should be suspended until she remembers where her heart is, because it is not with her patients. Shame on you.

Dr. Kassem is my doctor for 5 years now, I followed her from clinic to clinic because I can’t find the same care any where. My self and my family are pampered with the unparalleled care and knowledge. The amount of time and work she has done on my complicated case and on my husband no other doctor was willing to do any of that , we tried so many doctors before non of them was even willing to listen or help at all .
I can’t say enough about Dr. Kassem , she is amazing .She is both a gorgeous person and excellent physician. Who ever try to say bad stuff about her, I would say it’s your big loss guys, simply go some where else and you will know .
For us we are enjoying her care

Best Physician in the area for sure,after tying so many other doctors and all my concerns were left unaddressed or dismissed. She is for sure a different doctor all together, caring, listen to our concerns,and very friendly too,help without you pushing her to do so.her assistant is amazing too
Definitely we like the care and the clinic a lot

Absolutely terrible family doctor. Late night phone calls, no appointments available, very rude and never truly listens. I’m on several waiting lists to find my family a new dr. Dr. Woods would be so upset to hear how poorly her former patients are being treated. Charges insane amounts of money for dr notes, you have to chase her to fill out paperwork, doesn’t like doing referrals and never gives refills on meds that I’m on for my diabetes. So frustrating! Wish she would be reprimanded for her poor practice.

Great doctor and office, very nice bedside manner. She is truly a real caring doctor.
She helped me with every thing I have and send me to proper tests and investigated my hip pain really well, I got an appointment with orthopaedics within 1 month, and sent also to pain clinic and she got me to see the best doctor in town for that in no time, this is a true miracle in this town
We appreciate her presence in the area, such a lovely doctor
