• 27 October 2020I had a virtual appt with Dr.Samavi over a month ago she mentioned she was going to organize tests and specialist appointments and since that day there has been no contact from her.She left me stranded and wondering it does not take more than month to send a requisition to my email or phone.Shes a waste of time because she asks all these questions and its like shes clueless and says we have to do blood tests but so disappointed in these doctors lately who ignore patients with their issues.There is no contact number for her its just a general fax.

• 4 November 2020Had a virtual appointment about a month ago. Dr Samavi said she would look over what my gp had sent to her and will order additional tests.
I’ve not heard anything. I’ve called the clinics number and every time her receptionist isn’t there and was told to call back later. My gp has tried to contact the office to get the initial report from her just after my appointment and hasn’t even gotten it. She has sent for the report again.
Very frustrating and disappointing as I’m left in pain and my gp trying to do the best for me.
Hate to say it but it seems just to be another waist of time

• 10 June 2021I have been waiting month just to get appointment date still nothing, phoned office twice complete gong show, just spoke to my go get referral with Doctor who cares about patients needs
Totally discussed with this Doctor, no respect for her patients
