• 11 October 2023I waited 6 months for an appointment with her. It took at least 6 calls to follow up to finally get booked in. Each time I called reception, they said they didn’t know her schedule and to call back.
Once I finally had an appointment I waited over an hour and the doctor still hadn’t arrived. The reception team was trying to call her and she wasn’t answering their calls. There were 5 other appointments ahead of me that still hadn’t been seen and it was looking like it would be another couple hours before I’d be seen for my SCHEDULED appointment (which I had waited 6 months for). I finally gave up and asked to please cancel me and not to bother rebooking.
If the doctor can’t be bothered to come on time to her own practice, update her staff and patients about her whereabouts, what kind of care can she possibly provide once you do actually get to see her?
