• 9 December 2021This Dr. is neglectful of patient concerns. I was left unable to work due to an employee causing damage to my nerves in my left arm. It has been three weeks and countless phone calls to her number. She said she would have a compensation team reach me regarding financial assistance for the actions of an employee at Life Labs. I have still not been contacted and my voicemails are being ignored. I am ready to contact the board of Physicians and Surgeons to enter a formal complaint if I am not assisted in the near future. I thought the Hippocratic Oath was to do no harm. I am a server, bartender and restaurant hostess and being unable to work before Christmas has been a huge financial strain as this is the busiest time and best opportunities for earnings.
