    refused to examine the dog bite on my arm and give
    me a tetanus shot, this happened today, May 15, 2022
    at the walk-in clinic in Burlington, Ontario at the
    intersection of Appleby line and upper middle road,

    not only is this a disappointment but with the doctor refusing to see me agitated my depression and anxiety disorder
