Spoke badly of Dr Miller stating that “he isn’t doing his job”
My lawyer found out he does only the “dirty” work for the Insurance companies despite claiming he has a private practice. All his office location are either DirectIME.ca 82 Buttonwood or Sibley and associates , director court , Woodbridge or an Insurance company in Markham Ontario, Hwy 7.
Seems to be very busy at more than 3 locations. Must be hundred of thousands of dollars in rent also.
Dr Zielinsky sold out 37 years ago because it’s likely way too difficult to make it as a “real” Psychiatrist. That would mean one actually has skill.

He spoke badly of my my doctor Dr Lipman.
In preparing for litigation, My lawyer found out He has been a witness for over hundreds of cases on the side of the insurance companies diminishing injuries, denying illness, and speaking badly of patients to Certas-Desjardins in an effort to harass and intimidate out of court. You owe me my insurance pay out Nestor Ariel Zielinsky you and my dishonest insurance company Certas-Desjardins. Orchestrated fraud!!!

He doesn’t have a private practice. How can he be at 4 offices across the city. This man is a fraud doing insurance fraud for the Insurance company. Now everything has come full circle ? Isn’t that right Dr Z and you no longer have a registration with the CPSO. Grow a pair of balls and tell us all why evil rascal!

We have tba order from the court for the entire file. When I reviewed with my lawyer he showed me the “thank you” email he recieved from the Insurance company. This was used against him and the insurance company. It proved the entire IME and denial of benefits was a covert plan orchestrated between the two of them to defraud me of my benefits.
I was so happy I hugged my lawyer inappropriately. Very happy moment for almost 10 years of BS from Desjardins-Certas and this poor excuse for a doctor !

Claimed he had a degree from U of T but even in court we never saw it.
We knew he had a medical degree from Argentina though. Is that the same as Grade 5 Herr Zielinsky?
Get a court order for his degree, T4 for the last 10 years and all his assets including multi million dollar properties in Jupiter and Sunny Isles Florida. See what kind of criminal he actually is. Profiting from the sick.

I was denied accident benefits by this man. I was tboned on the driver’s side and fractures my pelvis and lower vertebrae and using a walker.
He wrote a report saying I made full recovery 3 months later and was even laughing !
This is definitely a Liar!!!

Denied to Desjardins that my injuries were not catastrophic. Total insurance scam.
Even asked me to fill out a review right after before we saw his report.

I am having trouble sitting and walking and this stupid man denied I even had a car accident to Desjardins-Certas and them for stupidly believe it.

I wrote a review about how terrible this Doctors is . He can’t keep his mouth sholut and talks all the time about how magnificent he is and how much better he is than my psychiatrist.
I even wrote a review on Ratemds.com I am certain this man had it taken down/ deleted via a paid account.
Sleazy website representing a sleazy Insurance doctor so he can do more of this shady work!!!
I think this doctors is out of business now . The reviews seems to state that .

Worked at Sibleys and assoc. The company that alters reports for 7 years. This man and others like him were constantly altering reports in favour of employers and insurance companies. All of the doctors came from 3rd world countries. Most of them couldn’t spell or construct proper sentences.

Write a slanderous report making personal attacks of my mental status with everything he and his buddies at Sibley and associates could fabricate.
About as useful and valuable as one of those “social media influencers” we all hear about who have empty and hopeless lives. No different.

In his office on Bay St. He told me that he was “protecting the assets of the Insurance company from people like You” sic.
When I spoke to College of Physicians they refused to investigate because “you have no proof”.
Of course I didn’t have proof, you morons at the COSO. I wasn’t allowed a witness in his office or to video record him because my lawyer told me heard that he has credibility issues!!!
At court they settled out of court. Lucky for Dr. Zielinski my Lawyer said

I saw him in 2017. He was standoffish, disruptive and not forthcoming.
When I asked who he worked for he boldly said “none of your business”.
Definitely a shill for the Toronto Police Service.

Saw him in 2014 for an Insurance Medical exam. All the magazines in his office had the address torn off? Strange.
He provided a litany of complaints regarding the bad reviews he received and asked me if I knew how to fix it for him? Inappropriate questions.
He also claimed he was a good and kind doctor. Don’t prove it to me . Prove it to yourself . What a dummy! And the report he wrote after was full of contradictions and totally made up . I think he got me mixed up with someone else..
This man isn’t to smart.

Low empathy and Incapable of learning from his mistakes.
Arrogant and dismissive. Sees the world only in Black and White. Does not have any concern for the people he harms. Suspicious and distrustful of others. Sees others as hostile. Himself as good and others as bad.
Couldn’t write his own report without Sibley and associates doing it for him and signing his name for him.
THATS FRAUD

A very disturbed oldan making $10,000 perday as a witness for the defense. I guess these corporations like State Farm, TD, Certas, Echelon and Wawanessa, The Personal, etc. Realised they aren’t getting their money’s worth if they have to settle out of court because of this Loser. Once again Dr Zielinsky has lied in court denying Catastrophic illness. Was unable to identify a Class 4 impairment yet again.
M.R. v. Gore Mutual Insurance Company, 2010 ONFSCDRS 151 (CanLII)
Dr. Zielinksy concluded that there was no objective evidence of a psychiatric impairment caused by the accident
Because the Applicant sustained class 4 impairment (marked impairment) due to mental or behavioural disorder as a result of this accident, the Applicant did sustain a catastrophic impairment within the meaning of clause 2(1.2)(g) of the Schedule.

Dr. Ariel Zielinsky, who conducted a Physiatry assessment on Wawanesa’s behalf on October 17, 2008, noted that “Mr. Subramaniam reported that he is fully independent in completing his personal care, but otherwise he cannot do too much… .”

Desheveled and erratic in behaviour. Often confrontational and I was shocked he was sweating at me.
I didn’t have a break for water or to make a phone call to my mother who was dying of cancer. I also have cancer and benefits were denied by this man to the ins co.
