• 16 June 2022I had a biopsy at the Queensway General Hospital on June 13, 2022. Trudy was my nurse- awesome nurse! I expressed to Trudy that I had concerns about a lump I felt on the left breast although I was there for a biopsy on my right breast. Trudy spoke to Dr. N. Seppala and they did an ultrasound on my left breast and right breast to get a complete picture and to give me a comfort level. Dr. Seppala then came in and explained fully what he would be doing and I was made to feel totally comfortable and gave me information on why I was having this biopsy (this had not been explained to me from my doctor). The only indication I had that I was going into hospital for the procedure was a telephone call from the Ultrasound clinic that they were referring me to the hospital for additional testing. When the hospital called to book the appointment they advised it was for a biopsy. Dr. Seppala was amazing and I cannot give him a higher recommendation.
