    I had Lasik done with Omar Hakim. The follow up from the procedure was troubled. My results were poor. There were obvious errors in my medical records. When I asked for the errors in my medical records to be corrected, Dr Hakim ended the doctor patient relationship.

    I am now left, without a doctor, with my medical records showing I had scans done months before I ever first made contact with LasikMD, and my eyes are much more than prior to surgery.
