• 10 September 2024This man, Paramanathan Thamilvaanan CPSO # 97510, is very arrogant, rude, and not accommodating. He is at 3030 Birchmount Hospital, my relative has a hearing disability and rely heavily on reading lips, this man when told about it was like “No I am not taking off my mask due to covid and said if my relative cannot ralk” He never ever tried to accommodate, when my relative tried to explain to him what happen to them, this man was so rude, feel he knows it all and want to tell my relative how to feel, shrug off my relative, quickly get rid of them , talk in a belittle tone. How in the world this hospital has this man looking after patients, and he has no empathy, compassion, talking to be people in a belittling tone, quickly to get rid of patients. my relative still has lots of pain. This is the worst experience with this man they have as a doctor. He should not be in this position at all with that terrible attitude he has. If you get this man to attend to you in Emergency at Birchmount, run far away from him or ask to see another doctor doe your own sake and peace of mind.

• 17 September 2024Paramanathan Thamilvaanan CPSO 97510 is located at 3030 Birchmount Hospital , and the emergency department is not a nice individual. He is rude, don’t take time with patients to understand their concerns, issues, he quickly get rid of you, and he doesn’t care at all . He needs to go back to school for knowledge in how to talk to people in public about how to accommodate people with disabilities and how to treat people and elderly. I was appalled by his arrogant, rough behavior towards patients with disabilities and other individuals. Not recommended.
