• 29 September 2022I waited years to get into this facility to help me after being diagnosed with bi polar disorder by 2 doctors but I stopped seeing and the other was retired so he referred me to West 5th. I was given Rafael candiago what a joke. He wouldn’t let me talk but conclude what I was trying to say but he was always wrong. I just lost him as someone trying to help me and kept saying YES to him as he thought he knew but didn’t. He said he was assigned to somewhere else and couldn’t help me anymore and try my family physician to start all over again. Thanks what a waste and no medication for a few years now.
