• 6 April 2021Dr wu is the best. Very professional and understanding. So glad he was my surgeon to my road to recovery. His secretary christine is great also. Very helpful and makes you feel comfortable

• 14 December 2021The Dr. was well versed to do a surgery performed a lot, thus far. (Said since We do not have a healed patient and this remains to be seen if the surgery was a success going forward).
My husband was stressed out for his ONLY 2 weeks of recovery time whilst trying to get the doctor to fill out the necessary paperwork for my husband’s need for time off from work. His office staff were polite albeit on one call.
How stressful to have your work asking you when you are back and capable to do what you can and an insurance company with NO directive and completed paperwork handed to this Dr’s office for Dr. Wu to complete (or at least communicate to the patient as he was asking).
*Dr. Wu – This is PART OF YOUR JOB* Do your job please. The paperwork unfortunately comes with the job and so do questions of recovery +.
Please have yourself or someone knowing how to offer the necessary personal patient information to your patients of their request within reason and following PHIPA and HIPAA.
This Dr. Wu sent my husband back to work too early (2 weeks after surgery) with no restrictions (or a plan for modified or lighter duties, being told and knowing full well the HEAVY labour my husband has as his work).
Very unimpressed with this Doctor’s directive (and the filled out paperwork of “Good” as my husband’s prognosis and such minimal or one word answers to questions requiring more information and without seeing him and assessing him after surgery and putting him back to work too early).
The paperwork was not complete and my husband again had to call to request completed information.
My husband found out Friday afternoon he was to work Monday morning BUT not from the Dr or his office.
Completely illogical and immoral decisions which are potential for endangering the recovery of a patient with this Dr. doing such a practice.
From a very disgruntled wife
Being educated to do the job in it’s entirety and treating the person as a whole is ULTIMATELY IMPREATIVVE for quality care.
Make your money Dr, but clue in to a realistic recovery and support your patients.
A very disgruntled and displeased wife (who has to help her husband still WHILE HE IS NOW BACK TO WORK too early).
Absolute disgrace of an experience again with our medical professionals.

• 19 March 2023I found Dr. WU to be an exalent surgeon.. He had a pleasant bedside manner and was informative regarding my surgery etc.
