Awful. Avoid this doctor, especially as your general GP. She is almost never available and you will see her weeks or months after you need to. She nickel and dimes for every form and note but completes them incorrectly and you’ll have to go back multiple times over multiple weeks to have things corrected. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with her.

Dr Laboni has downplayed all the health concerns my family has had and rushes you out of the clinic. She has terrible bedside manner – during appointments (in person or over the phone) she talks over you regularly. I had health complications during a recent pregnancy and dealt with various hospitals and specialists at Markham-Stouffville, Mt. Sinai and Lakeridge Health, all of them complaining how complicated she makes things that should be so simple and straight forward (and that’s on top of clinics for RMTs/Physio, orthotics, fertility specialists and midwifery clinics).

The Ajax oneHealth clinic has many other more competent doctors that will help you. I would suggest trying their walk-in clinic before deciding — but avoid Dr. Laboni at all costs. I am so grateful Sick Kids referred us to a pediatrician, I would never trust her with my child, even to check his throat with a tongue depressor.

Worked with Dr. Laboni and had bad experience. She takes years to resolve anything and useless. No experience on basic things and no care for patients. Rather go to emergency than go to her

Unavailable, unapproachable and loosing her patients because of this attitude. She is mostly on vacations and her patients are in a limbo to go to walk-ins. She has no manners and doesn’t listen to patients which is the first this a medical professional should have (compassion). It is about time someone will complain on her. Please run in the opposite direction. Sad to see this state of professionalism.

Dr Laboni does her utmost best within the time the government lets her have with patients. Dr Laboni is thorough as she can be within the constructs of what the government is now covering. Dr Laboni does not control if the government covers things or not. Dr Laboni is nice and will get straight to the point. I read some of these reviews and I think we need to me reminded that doctors are people too, with lives outside of their practice. Book two appointments with her if you need more time. That is the way around the government. Thank you Dr Laboni for your service to the community.
