• 30 May 2022Dr de Monbrun is my hero. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer last year. From the minute I met Dr de Montbrun, I felt a sense of calm that everything was going to be okay. She explained the journey I had ahead of me in terms that me and my family could understand. She has a great sense of humor. She is very professional, and yet, she felt like a friend I had my whole life. With every office visit, every appointment, and not one but two surgeries, each time I felt safe and knew I was in good hands. Dr. de Montbrun is honestly an angel that was sent to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I had a very hard past year, as my mom unexpectedly passed away, and I was dealing with my own sickness, and because of Dr. de Montbrun, and her treatment plan, I’m happy to say I am cancer free, and on the road to recovery. In a time that I didn’t think I would ever get through, Dr de Montbrun made it possible. I will never forget her.

• 8 December 2022I was referred to Dr. de Montbrun after they weren’t able to complete a colonoscopy in may, 2022. In between I had a cat scan of my abdomen & a colonograph of my bowel, which showed a narrowing of my bowel due to two diverticulitis opposite each other. Surgery was recommended & thus the referral. I first met Dr. de Montbrun Sept. 20th & although I really didn’t want surgery, she was most reassuring & positive she could help me. Another cat scan, blood tests & a scope test, then surgery on nov. 18th. Every time I saw Dr. de Montbrun, she was friendly & reassuring, she never made me feel rushed. After surgery, she came & personally talked to my husband, to tell him that everything went very well. I feel very lucky to have been in her care & I thank her so much!

• 9 July 2024I was Dr. De Montbrun patient at St. Michael’s Hospital. She removed 2 1/2 feet of small bowel and five years after I had my colon removed. She saved my life. It’s been almost 11 years after 1st surgery and my crohns is in remission. Yahoo! Thanks to Dr. DeMontbrun. Oakville Trafalgar gained an excellent doctor who truly cares! You’re in the best care with her!
