• 2 October 2022Dr. Stevenson misdiagnosed my child and tried to prescribe a powerful drug based on false information. This person is unprofessional and dangerous. When i confronted her she became irate and called police and tried to cover up her mistakes. I was and am always willing to have a civil discussion to correct the issue but at this juncture i am convinced she knows what she is doing. Why did you lie on my sons chart and then try to hide it? I have recorded audio of her supervisor agreeing with me that the chart and false information is concerning. The chart is empty other than two very serious mistakes. She comes across as manic and unstable.

• 2 October 2022Dr. Stevenson is unprofessional and extremely temperamental. Her staff is rude and unqualified. It is Sault Ste Marie and everyone knows the only doctors we get here are the ones who can’t work anywhere else. God help us
