• 1 June 2022Has the rudest, most condescending medical receptionist I’ve ever encountered. I’ve no doubt this front line worker is very efficient at managing, but her people skills are appalling. She speaks to everyone as if they are idiots who can’t possibly know anything about the processes of a medical office, and everyone is an imbecile worthy only of her directions or her contempt. She handles questions with cold condescension, which quickly turns to impatience and undisguised resentment that someone would waste her time not accepting whatever she said the first time. It’s astounding to watch.
