• 20 April 2023Full of gratitude I would like to express my thanks for a fantastic experience at the Joseph Brant Hospital. A week ago I was admitted to Joseph Brant in Burlington, for surgery at the Complete Breast Care Program. I was well-informed by my two surgeons Dr. Sarah Bacopulos and Dr. Kim Sun and going through the preop process the same morning before surgery was exceptional for me. I met most of the team the anesthesiologist, the cardiologist, and Dr . Bacopulos and Dr. Sun. They ask important questions, confirm my identity, and encourage me. They rolled my bed to the operating room and I was impressed by the super modern room with the whole team standing by. Meeting with them gave me a feeling of trust and peace that everything will go well.
I woke up 5 hours later with a clear head, feeling relieved and truly happy. The cherry on top was my hospital room with big windows overlooking the lake. The care and compaction of nurses were constant- checking on me every couple of hours. The whole process was so efficient and well-managed. Great professionals committed to excellence. Thank you all, I found my place of trust.
