• 16 March 2023With the retirement of Dr. David Fitzpatrick, Dr. Sarah Ritchie has been my primary physician. From the beginning, I have been impressed and most appreciative of Dr. Ritchie’s thoroughness and conscientiousness when I have needed her care. Recently, I needed referrals for some medical concerns and her promptness and interest left me feeling at ease and very confident that I was receiving the best medical advice and care possible.

• 15 September 2024I know it was the start of Covid but she misdiagnosed my husband , when he phoned about the pain she just increased his pain meds, this went on from May until Sept, when he couldn’t stand the pain anymore he went to the hospital,it was the same doctor, not Ritchie, that he saw when he first went to in May. That emerg Dr thought he might have Shinles although he had no rash, I guess that’s what he told Ritchie, any way he went to emerg Sept 19th at 2:30 in the morn and this Dr. took an MRI, which apparently Ritchie had requested one but it got lost. Long story short, the MRI showed he had 4 cancer psots on his spine and within 3 weeks he was dead. I will never forgive them for their sloppy work and lack of followup.
