• 9 March 2024After 10 years in Orleans, a cold & impersonal mass mailing to tell her roster she’s quitting. Bang! Just like that with other doctors at the clinic not taking on any new patients. Totally unprofessional winding-up model.

• 11 March 2024We moved from Halifax to Orleans, Ontario more than 35 years ago and through these years, this is the 4th time that we’ve been informed that our family doctor is closing their practice. Each time, our new doctor has turned out to be better than the one before. Our 3rd family doctor was from Nova Scotia and he was damn good. Surprisingly, when he left and we connected with Dr. Susan Cutler, she has proven to be the best of all hands down. She takes the time to listen, is on-time for appointments, compassionate, and very thorough in her desire to get to the root of any ailment we bring to her attention. Her decision to close practice here in Ontario was not taken lightly I’m sure; however, as they say “family comes first” and my family is definitely going to miss her. Our loss will benefit many people in her next community. Doug, Tina & family
