• 15 March 2022This surgeons secretary is very difficult. She is rude when explaining will refuse to let you see the surgeon. I’m being denied my agyer surgical appointment with no reason given other than go to hosp if you need to be checked. What kind of surgeon is that? My scars and sew up job is horrific. I can’t believe the extra agony iv been put in with zero wanting to follow up with a patient. I can’t sleep I can’t walk all I was told is you should be better you can’t book to see the surgeon. I’m entitled to a follow up apt. Glad to see how patients are treated here.

• 21 March 2022Dr Chan is wonderful ! Very down to earth and pleasant to deal with. She was very good at preparing me for what to expect with my surgery, before and after. Also found her office nurse very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend them
