Caring and very skilled plastic surgeon. Despite being very young, he already exhibits confident bedside manners. If I ever need any more plastic surgery I would chose him again without hesitation.

Top notch doctor! I was diagnosed with breast cancer and recently referred to Dr. Tyler Omeis for the reconstructive aspect of my surgery. He has a great bedside manner, is sensitive, caring, and professional. He answered all my concerns without rushing me. I felt completely comfortable with him during all my appointments. My tumour was 2.3 cm plus margins to be removed as a partial mastectomy, from a 34B bra size. In my case I had the option of implants or not. Following a detailed discussion, I elected not to have implants. Instead, Dr. Omeis mobilized my own breast tissue and moved it to fill the lumpectomy site. I had realistic expectations going into the surgery which I felt was important to my recovery. The post-surgical cosmetic result exceeded my expectations. Dr. Omeis performed spectacular surgery with only a minor variance of appearance from prior to my breast cancer. That breast is a little soft and lacks just a little volume since I did not have an implant; however, I am pleased with the natural result and would not hesitate to return to Dr. Omeis if needed.

Dr. Omeis was so helpful during my gynochemastia surgery. He provided me with in depth aftercare steps aswell as the best care before and during the procedure. He also provided me with detailed transparency of all the risks and possible outcomes of the surgery before hand. Beyond a five star experience, I will absolutely be seeing dr.omeis for future surgeries.

Had breast reduction surgery and it was a nightmare. I canceled him and will no longer see him. Has no bed side manners and very unprofessional with all my care. Had complications 2 days post opp and had to call on call doctor. Had my surgery on Thursday went into see him the next week and was told by secretary to remove everything from bottom up. 6 days after my surgery there I am removing bandages that have been there since surgery day and I needed the support. When he walk into office asked me what’s wrong I was holding back my tears in pain. No compassion or remorse for what I was going through.. kept talking about my drainage tube and watch them as I can get them remove once I’m draining well. Never got any support on changing my own bandages or help knowing what to do. 1 month later after doing my own would care I realize I have infection and called the Doyle clinic. Now every three days I’m seeking would care .still have drain tube in and until I got my wound care did I feel safe that I was not alone.. he’s young and needs to wake up! The day of surgery the anaesthesiologist overheard a conversation. He was rude and telling me he does not think I’m going to be happy and maybe leave. I was no wanting anything else and felt so overwhelmed and just told him to proceed no matter what size I end up with. My question to him is what size do you feel I’ll be? She came and said if you don’t want this you still have choice. I hope my post helps with others or himself.

I was very lucky to meet Dr Tyler Omeis. He did the reconstruction for me. I followed him from Vancouver until he moved to his practice to Kelowna. He is a great doctor, he is very open minded and details, professional and caring all the patients. I highly recommend Dr Tyler Omeis any time.

The other negative review is not lying. No bedside manner, you don’t feel cared for as a human being. I would steer clear of this doctor. I work in healthcare and have never experienced someone so demeaning and careless of patients.
