    Absolutely terrible doctor. He refuses to see patients and perform physical examinations even when a consult is requested by the ER for a patient with breathing issues. Plagiarises his reports from other doctors and has an unacceptable prejudice against patients with a history of mental health, to the extent of manipulating other doctors into not performing diagnostic tests. This man is a disgrace and should NOT be practicing medicine
