• 24 March 2021I was referred to this office for a Botox procedure (excessive sweating).
It was extremely busy, appointments aren’t spaced out to support social distancing. Staff are short, rude, overworked (likely).
I was brought in for a routine eye exam (which isn’t necessary for my procedure but was needed for billing purposes)? Nothing was explained to me (the assistant working so fast, duty, rude). She put numbing drops in my eye, not even asking me or explaining anything other than “this won’t impact your ability to drive” she proceeded to be rude when I couldn’t keep my eye straight as she was applying some type if pressure tool to it. I asked what this had to do with my Botox, and she told me nothing, we need to do a routine eye test because of the doctors specialty.
Ironically, I just had a routine eye test a few weeks ago; and the test was not invasive with numbing drops.
I’m most upset with her approach. Lack of explaining and then being rude to me when I was bothered by the invasive eye procedure. When I was not expecting it. As I was not seeing this doctor for my eyes at all.

• 22 June 2023‘Don’t bother. They book so many people that the “doctor” is never seen. Showed up early for my 10:00 am, left after an hour of waiting to see him. Zero respect for peoples time.

• 16 January 2024Dr. Lekhi came HIGHLY recommended by one of my Specialists and I wouldn’t have it ANY other way. His experience and knowledge not to mention skill are incredible. To call him a “Specialist” is an understatement as he is brilliant and gifted in my opinion and with all of the Specialists I have had to see in the past 5 years I do not say it lightly.
His staff have been amazing from the start. Right from the lovely woman who answered the phone to his Assistant Sherry who truly knows her ‘stuff’.
It is a busy office but when you know you are in GREAT, not good, but GREAT hands, you wait because I know that he is going to take TIME with my challenges and not just book a 5 minute visit where you are in and out before you have had time to ask any questions. I would much rather wait for hours and be seen by what even his own peers call ‘brilliant’ than to be seen within 2 minutes for a mediocre Specialist.
We have been treated with kindness and empathy as well as respect and that is a rare thing to say as well.
As busy as his office is, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and tell them that they may wait a bit so take a book however every second of waiting is worth the final outcome.
I guess I am of the era that nothing GREAT comes to you fast and if it does it probably won’t last forever. I make no apologies for that.
In a world of continual expected instant gratification and entitlement, I would rather wait for this Doctors expert option, diagnosis and outcome than see anyone else “instantly”.
I have never spoken to his Staff without hanging up with a smile on my face and zero stress. Another rare thing in the world of Medical Specialists. He has some great staff and remember that golden rule, treat someone how you would like to be treated.
