Dr. Tam is great from a surgical standpoint, but the office is a mess and it takes weeks/months to get through to speak to him. They rarely answer the phone, and more often than not, you can’t even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Despite being very pleased with the procedure, there’s no way I could recommend him to a friend due to the length of time it takes to get results from the office.

Agree 100% with JP & JM. My husband is supposed to be having surgery soon, his post-op is Friday at 9:00am- in 2 days. We have been trying to call ( told to call before coming as she said she’s not there all the time)- she is NEVER there. For 2 weeks we have called daily to hear a recording “ this mailbox is full” so you can’t even leave a message. Have driven there several times to no avail. This is ridiculous and certainly not a way for anyone to run any type of business. He really need to get his act together and hire some office staff or this good doctor will be out of business. Never seen such a disorganized mess at a doctors office in my life. Doesn’t look like my husband will be having his surgery. They better not use the excuse “pandemic “ as it’s been an “endemic “ for quite awhile now. Just disgraceful, my husband is a nervous wreck and it’s so uncalled for!!

I was a patient of Dr Tam for about 14 months. I thought he was lovely & competent. I learnt different. Once Mary left his office the place fell apart and he doesn’t seem to care that it’s the mess it is. Three years ago he took an infected kidney stone out of my daughter, knowing it was infected. She went septic immediately, was in icu for days.

I was a patient of Dr. Tam and had an excellent experience. He is so kind and gentle. I was so nervous he even made a joke before my procedure to make me feel more comfortable. He called every time he said he was going to. Courtney was excellent as well. Every time I had called with a question, she was quick to respond to my call and reassure me everything was ok. I am so lucky and grateful to have had them for my appointments. They are the best and I highly recommend them. They were excellent and i feel i had the best care ever. I can’t express how thankful i am for for everything they have done for me. Thank you so much to Dr. Tam, Courtney and staff.

I recently had a cystoscope with Dr Tam and it was %100 better than my first yrs ago with a now retired Urologist. I was treated with dignity, and the discomfort and pain from the first one was almost negligible this time. I was able to watch as he explained everything to me and I cannot say how thankful I am for his care

If you are seeing this doctor for any type of cancer, please for yourself and your loved ones get a second opinion from an oncologist. My family member is now dying due to the lack of care from this physician.

Dr. W.T. does not care at all about his patient. An arrogant person and poor health services.
