Worst possible care. Had a confirmed appointment with this doctor. Received a text 1.5 hours before appointment with following message: “reason for cancellation: sorry timing conflict’. Really? A text message? Who does that?

Meeting took only 1 min, doctor did not ask the proper question i.e location on body, past allergic reactions, hoq long it lasted ect.

The doctor is dismissive and gives off the impression that you are taking up too much of her time. She says ‘I will give you some medication for your situation,’ but does not tell you what it is. She says ‘you need to go see a physiotherapist,’but does not follow up if they are giving you a referral. Save yourself the grief, and see someone who actually has the intention to ask you the right questions to give you the right diagnosis.

i had 2 appointments with her in Dec 2020. She basically tried to get off the phone asap and hung up on me before i could tell her that the pharmacy she sent my prescription to is closed for the next 2 days and to send it to somewhere else. She also prescribed antibiotics to me after 1 min on the phone and that gave me extreme diarrhea. She did not mention any side effects because see previous comment about her trying to get me off the phone asap.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Worst experience ever with this doctor, appointment took less than 3 mins, did not even finish one full sentence. This doctor is rude, she was looking at her computer the whole time during the appointment, not even looked at me. Stay away from this doctor, totally waste of time and she sould go find another job if she hates her current job so much.

Worst attitude from this doctor. No explanation before the shot, didn’t want to answer question at all. Please simply quit your job if you do not want to do it.

Dr.Chen is the worst doctor I have ever met, she was so rude and unsympathetic and looked at computer the whole visit time. She didn’t ask any medical history of me and my son . I booked two appoints and the whole visit time is no more than 3 minutes. I wanted my clinical notes when she want us to leave and she said “Is this the first time you see a doctor in Canada? There is no such a thing called medical notes in Canada the doctor will give you after your visit”. I am so frustrated and never will see her again, it was such a bad experience!
