He took over a practice of Dr. John Hall. Had a couple of telephone consultations. Now he’s gone awol, no one answers the phone, the office is empty (Sutton) and no return of messages left. Like to know what is going on?

This doctor took over our family practice when Dr Hall retired. He is unreachable at the best of times. Messages are not returned and now the voicemail has been removed. His staff is rude, and I was hung up on twice. They refuse to help you or make appointments. Asked to speak with office manager or Dr and was refused several times.

Complain to CPSO we did and after the lies and Lies from Dr Bi & employees ( Not his Real Name ) 7 months to transfer our medical records CPSO responded right away to our complaint, we are very happy we transferred to a new Dr. Office .

First off, you cannot get through and there is no voicemail function. The line drops once you’ve been on hold for ~30 seconds.
When you finally do get through, the office staff are horrible. They are unprofessional, of zero assistance and refuse to let you see the doctor. The doctor chastises you if you say anything and threatens to drop you as a patient if you speak up for yourself. Absolutely horrible doctor with zero patient care. Dr. Hall would be appalled!!

Staff are very kind and professional, and I have no problem getting an appointment, usual on the same day! Dr. Bi is a well-versed doctor, who’s considerate and patient. Very happy with the service!

Update : this person that calls himself a doctor decided to order Hep B Vaccine to my elderly mother without even consulting with her. As you may know Hep B vaccine would not benefit her at all with her age and health status. Who does this really benefit? Certainly not my 84 yr old mother and I am certain it would most benefit him. Probably kickbacks from a pharmaceutical rep. Stay away

I’ve had no issues with Dr.Bi, but his office secretary is beyond disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend recording devices as well as keeping personal notes when dealing with this clinic. When requesting your clinical notes they refuse and also ask for payment when it’s you legal right. I’ve also been told not to return unless I seek blood work at Lifelabs, keep in mind this is my family physician.( Sutton, On. Clinic) Thank you for your time people.
