• 9 February 2022Dr. Butty and his administrator conduct themselves in a professional manner. However, his receptionist needs to work on her interactions with patients.
In addition, the standard wait time of 1-2 hours for a 10 minute appointment is really inconsiderate to the elderly and to those who have to return to work. This seems to be the standard for most doctors today and should not be the norm.
