Dr. Tomi is disorganized, unprepared, and consistently late. I have been his first appointment on 3 occasions and have heard his arrival at the clinic on each of those dates – he has been 15-45 minutes late each time. His nurse does not practice hand hygiene before touching patient. He typically touches my skin with his pen, but how many other patients have been touched with that same pen? I will never return to Rutherford Medical Clinic.

• 12 April 2021This individual is rude, unprofessional and makes me seriously doubt his credentials. He also mentioned google look-up/search during my son’s appointment, which just reinforced my doubts with respect to his medical knowledge.

He is very knowledgeable and a great dermatologist. I have a followup appointment very soon. My skin is doing remarkable. Thank you Dr. Tomi and staff.

• 20 May 2021The first dermatologist that didn’t try to sell me something with fast talk, gimmicks and promises of clear skin. After spending thousands of dollars over 8 years on lasers, peels and other nonsense treatments with other dermatologists, Dr. Zo Tomi sat me down and listened to me speak. He reviewed my history and the information sent by my doctor, and then prescribed me something that works.
Thank you Dr. Zo! ! Professional, friendly and doesn’t mess around trying to sell you stuff you don’t need.

• 29 May 2021The chemical peels at this clinic is really effective! I gave it a try after Dr. Zo recommendation and my skin has hugely improved. Since it was my first one, I did experience a bit of burning sensation along with redness but that was expected as I was told before the procedure. I will be returning for another go once health restrictions are lifted. Would recommend the clinic without any reservation!!

• 31 May 2021I visited Dr. Tomy I referred by my family doctor to check my moles for cancer on March 21, 2021. Alisa the nurse was so lovely that I feel confident telling every thing to Dr. Tomy because ofmy doctors have been females. Dr. Tomy was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. Nobody at the clinic offered expensive creams or told me that I had too many wrinkles and I needed to spend money on procedures or creams, as has been my experiences in most dermatologists offices. Most of the times when I see a dermatologist I left feeling awfully old and ugly, no with Dr. Tomy. I highly recommend Him.

• 2 June 2021Dr. Tomi was a delight to consult! Quick and prompt replies from the start and the visit went super smooth! He listened to everything I had to say and worked with me to find a treatment plan that suited me the best. He is very knowledgeable and knew almost everything about my problems, and solutions. I have seborrheic dermatitis and none of my past treatments had worked for me, but his plan started working within days! My scalp and skin are smoother than they ever were before! Love it.

• 20 April 2022worse Doctor uve ever run into. unreliable, rude seems to be ruled by his emotional; state rather than as a professional. Showed up for appontment but he wasnt there. sent me for lab work. i asked wheres the closest lab. not realizing until i got there i had to fast. didt phone when results came in and some are out of range. mot mismanaged practice that ive ever seen. was emailed just after 11 for an appointment at 12;10. i couldnt get there in time. asked t cll me, as wed agreed to discuss lab results. he didnt. this guy has malpractice written all over him. seems he was in Newfoundland and the reviews there are also very poor. disgrace to the medical profession.

• 21 April 2022These guys are the worst of the clinics. I would stay away for this place as they are not honest and their staff is extremely rude and incompetent and very disrespectful. They canceled my appointment an hour before my appointment and gave me a excuse that the doctor is out of town. Now I had taken a day off work and I didn’t make that $300 and didn’t get checked either. I am so angry right now with their poor below sub standards and with zero regard for the patients life or health. This clinic should be shut down for good as it doesn’t provide the necessary medical attention nor they have the moral value or code of ethics. They sent me text stating I would be charged for no show which is $100. Now since they made me miss my work and didn’t check me in and canceled my appointment an hour before it was set for and didn’t provide any reimbursement of my time or anything, but when you miss your appointment they want to charge you $100 is just big white scam. I will be complaining against this clinic and sowing the snap shots of the reviews on google and other sites they have them advertised. This is not right you are playing with peoples lives. We should all get together and sue these bastards. And their staff hangs up on you if asked questions that they don’t know.
