• 13 October 2021Attended a pre-booked appointment with Dr. Ciccolini’s clinic at North York Family Medicine Centre for my 3 year old autistic child but apparently the doctor was busy with another patient while others after us were seen and left! My child got super agitated and crying his eyes out as waiting for over half an hour and had no option but to leave without seeing the doctor! Why give an appointment if the doctor is not available and conflicting with other appointments???
