I’m totally upset with Dr.King’s attitude to patients. My mom got injured her leg and got an infection 3 weeks ago. We went to emergency hospital in Sherwood Park and the emergency doctor prescribed us IV therapy at the same hospital. When inflammation reduced, the nurse practitioner referred my mom to Dr.King, as they told that the wound will not heal itself and Dr.King should do local surgery and take the upper layer of damaged skin (scab) out. They said that we need to see the Dr.Kind when she will be in their hospital this Tuesday. We came for appointment, however we seen numerous nurses, but not a doctor. Dr. King was in the hospital, but didn’t see my mom. Instead of this, she just looked on the photos of my mom’s injured leg on the computer. The nurse said that her office will contact me for appointment. (I been told that this treatment or surgery should be done as soon as possible). Today I got a call from the office of Dr. King, they scheduled appointment for September 23rd. This is ridiculous. My mom is 83 y.o. and she can die waiting for this surgery or loose her leg. I don’t know what to do.

It’s me again. I was able to get an appointment for my mom with Dr. King next day. She was very nice to spend with us 1/2 h. and provide with consultation. Hope it will heal without surgery. Thank you Dr. King for taking us.

My husband was referred to Dr. King for wound care. She is an amazing doctor, I wish there were more like her as she actually cares about her patients as well as her staff. She was able to save my husband’s foot when we thought it may need amputation. I have such high respect for her.

Dr King is a blessing. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Her staff are amazing. They saved my husband’s life numerous times. I will forever be grateful to her!

Dr King is more nicer than I was lead to believe. I’m not a Alberta resident yet. She treated me like everyone else with respect. Dr King knows her job and very informative. She tells you what is wrong, what’s happening and if necessary she’ll send you for tests, lab work or another specialist. Very excellent experience with her.

Dr King is my hero. She’s saved my feet twice now. I love her and would recommend her to anyone without reservation. I am confused by the low rating cause that lady is at least a 10 out of 5.

Dr. King treated my brother and many times went out of her way to help him. She is personable yet honest with patients. My brother needed surgery a second time and Dr. King called the surgeon right there to try and get him in as soon as possible.
She may not get the outcomes she wants when calling, but we are so appreciative of her effort.

Dr. King was called by the emergency room door over a infected toe and blocked arteries. It didn’t take her long to get started on treatment. I was on iv antibiotics for almost a month with changing the dressing on the toe. She referred me to a vascular surgeon who got right on unblocking the arteries.
If it wasn’t for this wonderful lady I’m sure I would have lost my leg.

I came to Sherwood Park from Saskatchewan with infected toe that the doctor there didn’t look after. I was in the hospital who called for a specialist who happened to be Dr King on call that weekend.
She was on it with great knowledge and determination to get it under control. She did that.
Not long later Dr Eljoroni gave me medication for the toe next to it.
For some reason the toe didn’t respond. He sent me back to the hospital where I got immediate care and Dr King was notified. Thankfully I got a appointment in a short time to see her.
Once again she got right to work on getting things done.
Plus during all this she found something else wrong and got me to another specialist.
Now the toe is halfway healed and the poor circulation has been dealt with.
Dr King is amazing. If it wasn’t for her I would of lost a couple toes.
Thank you Dr King for fabulous treatment.
